What information do we collect about you?


We collect information about you when you register or buy services from your Telecommunications Service Provider for which the payment is processed through Mi-Pay. We also collect information when you voluntary provide feedback, contact Mi-Pay customer support or via IVR (interactive voice response) service providers.

In order to process information access requests additional authentication information will be requested.

 

How will we use information about you?


We use information collected from you to personalise your repeated visits to the website and to provide you with secure and reliable methods of payment.

Information collected from you is also used for the purpose of fraud prevention, this is an automated process and you have the right to object it and obtain human intervention.

In order for us to process such requests, a copy of valid Photo ID document will be required for the purpose of authentication.

Non personal identifiable information will be used for the purpose of analysing the performance and reliability of our service.

 

How is your information shared?


We share your personal data when necessary to complete any transaction or provide any product or services you have requested or authorized.

In order to correct this information, you will need to use the pages provided by your Telecommunications Service Provider or submit a correction request to them. Information that was already provided and their accuracy will not have an impact on any future transactions.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the personal information, we have about you, contact us either via email or in writing using the contact details provided in How to contact us section of this policy.

If you would like us to remove your personal information, please use the contact details provided in the contact section of this privacy policy.

 

How long do you store my data?


We store your data for a maximum of 6 years after the last processed transaction, unless a request for removal is received from you.
